Some of the language printed on this piece translates to “the true god of main religion”. I wish I knew more about the original document, but I don’t. The colors and subject matter are what intrigue me; it feels so much like The Garden of Earthly Delights painted sometime between 1490 and 1510 by Hieronymus Bosch. I have no idea when this piece was created, but it is much more recent – note the young lady in the bikini top. However, this artist, does seem to share a similar vision of life’s temptations.
Size is approximately 52 x 52 inches.
